This 7 story residential building was designed to nestle harmoniously within its natural landscape setting. The apartments were designed to maximise views over the treetop canopies towards the Lane Cove River.
Warm materials and colours were used throughout the exterior to further enhance this effect, resulting in a building which feels as if it were a natural extension of the surrounding bushland.
Biophilic Design
This 32 unit residential development is nestled amongst the tall canopy of native trees. A focus on using a natural material palette, including timber, stone and raw concrete allows the building to unobtrusively reside within its context. The interiors of the apartments continue to reflect this natural aesthetic with oak timber floors, stone benchtops and mirrored splashbacks to create a relaxed modern Australian style.
